As if these facilities are not available in other township, existence at cbj or could double population in next 2 years. Satellite township like shah Alam, Bangi took many years to double it's population and that was with industries. So far, cbj has only failed initiative e.g it, entertainment, etc to show.

Everybody follow development, same as all other township. U claimed urself is a student and doing herd behaviour research (although I know it's a lie), the best example to study is urself ... lol
