I think she also dunno that just few years ago only cbj is open for tall towers...maybe she thought the 20+ wip towers were like that since 20 years ago...

Before "outside" developers were brought to CBJ, cyberview did developed some high rise. CBJ only became hot when the herd followed "outside" developers.

Unless cbj population could doubled in 2 years and tripled in 5 years, oversupply could be staggering.

1. Primary school
2. International school
3. University
4. Cyberjaya hospital
5. MRT station
6. Smart traffic control
7. Electric public transport (EV bus)
8. Mnc job opportunity
9. CCC

CBJ buyer follow the factors above ... ur statement is so silly and simply no substance.

Thanks mate... i do mortgage but Im not a property guy myself.. so gotto learn from you guys (im moving to cyberjaya from Bukit Jelutong) since my wife just got a job in PutraJaya...

As if these facilities are not available in other township, existence at cbj or could double population in next 2 years.

Satellite township like shah Alam, Bangi took many years to double it's population and that was with industries. So far, cbj has only failed initiative e.g it, entertainment, etc to show.

No surveys so far, the move was too quick (1 months notice) so i just took whatever was available... for own stay will consider, but whole of Cyberjaya is very quiet, which is what I like - same as my house in Bukit Jelutong.

We are not debate about why CBJ is better than other township but u claim that herd follow outside developer.

Everybody follow development, same as all other township.

U claimed urself is a student and doing herd behaviour research (although I know it's a lie), the best example to study is urself ... lol
