All I can say is expect more good news coming in to Cyber. U may continue to spread hatred (here we go again 20+ unsold towers) but readers with sensible mind will be able to discern your evil intention. Coz eventually truth will speak and time will tell.

Only certain % of land for commercial, residential. Residential units of CBJ can't exceed certain limit and it is still control by master developer

CBJ has failed in the last 20 years to attract sufficient businesses and residents, and may need another 20 years.
