Btw, saw from Chef Wan's instagram that 5 of his neighbours on the same street having major renovation. Many moving in soon after this...And those r big bungalows about 8000sqft 3.5storey with lifts.

At least u know more affluent family moving into Cyberjaya. Could be the chinese school factor too..

well, it could be due to King Henry college too...3Q next year is the target date. I believe both SRJK Union and King Henry College will bring in more families too.

Some info on hospital cyberjaya. Ground breaking ceremony on 25 Sept.

Very rare TIME will cover landed. So far I know only in cyberjaya landed has TIME coverage. Anyway cyberjaya broadband offer up to 1Gbps.

Yup, the train is on time. As far as I know, they should have additional train sets deployed already by March 2017. Waiting time will be reduced from 20 to 15 minutes during peak hours, and from 30 to 20 minutes during off-peak hours. However,the schedule is still same currently, 20mins during peak... I guess the new trains are not in operation yet.

There's a new university in cyberjaya. Asia metropolitan university, just opposite mcd. Didn't realise this before.

my guess is due to title still not out yet. It's lower density than most pr1ma project, location also better. Just whether u mind staying wf many students around.

Now it make sense when the image used in hatten report with lake fronting matches this location marked on wikimapia. Initially I thought hatten land is behind sejati residence.

Anyway, what u experiencing is happening almost every other place. Rental dropping, only place rental can increase is the top shopping malls.

True. But i only buy the place that I'm willing to stay. And it's for long term...

Depends on what type of business you are opening.

Dpulze the best coz business on weekday and weekend also okay. For other areas in Cyberjaya, more crowd for weekdays only.

But if u dont want mall, can check out Tamarind Square, the concept there is very nice. But it's a new commercial area, so not proven yet.

Anyway, I think next year will see the biggest growth for local family moving into Cyberjaya.

Few immediate factor
1) Schools....Brainy Bunch international school, SRJK & King Henry College
2) Laman View Pr1ma will VP soon (b4 end of year)
3) Masreca19 selangorku homes will VP soon (b4 end of year)

I've been checking village grocer website frequently for at least a year and still dont see it updated that they will open in Tamarind Sq.

Unlike other outlets, the info of future outlets r there on their site very much earlier.
