I think Putrajaya is a nice place too for their many wonderful parks. But I prefer Cyberjaya because it is more diverse for food, ppl, jobs and type of place to hang out.
Cyberjaya definitely has more food options than Putrajaya.

Anyway, Cyber/Putra is just nearby. So it depends where u prefer to live.

I would not say they get nothing. Lepironia has very beautiful landscape within their own parcel too. It's award winning landscape. smile.gif
I've visited both island and mainland, comparatively the island doesnt have as big and beautiful internal garden, but they have beautiful path and views surrounding the lake.

If got access to the bund then it's like additional facilities only.

Go check on mrt site. They have simulation on the route and shows exact location.

One is opposite MCT's skypark and another opposite limkokwing. It's just along that road and doesn't cut into other part of Cbj.

Not ure bout the tenants. But the management improved a lot. They even replaced all the lifts.

There r plenty of ppl around and walking freely, alone or in group. It's just like any other condo and I don't know how is it not safe for a woman to walk alone. If u r afraid, anywhere u go also need to be vigilant.

Looks quite good for a rumah selangorku. Anyway, both side of the road shoulder already have proper path and even benches towards Masreca. They planted a lot more trees too, this place looks better now. But still i wonder when they will remove the road blockade from both HP campus/ Symphony hills. Did u ask the developer?

Anyway, I'm not MasReca buyer.

So far what is going in Tamarind Sq? From my observation only saw 2 banners facing main road, 1 is cafe/restaurant and another "Adam & Eve preschool'.

Saw this from Invest Cyberjaya FB.
Largest Village Grocer 50,000sf, Chi-X Fitness, Book Excess first 24 hours bookstore, MyNews, 7 Eleven...
