Afyer many years. Got LRT station. When near hari raya, we family took LRT go jalan tar sogo buy baju raya. Fast forward now, LRT packed luke sardines. So cincai count it took 15 years for LRT to become sardines pack.

Now malaysian expect MRT just bewly built to become sardines pack overnight?? What a joke. Infra will be utilises if there is a roof over the head for people using it. So do not worry. Yes all those overbuilt tower in CJ, yes you are bleeding now. Coz buy very early at overpriced. So either you tahan the suffering or you 14th floor lor. But the rules remain unchanged. People will need a roof, and a transport to do their daily need on thia world as capitalist slave. So all those tower will be utilised eventually. That is why gomen change MRT2 line and fast track it to lalu Cyberjaya. And that is why i also just booked and processing loan for a landed house at Cyberjaya. The prima 1 by gadang nearing VP. They even have their own group now happily want to come and stay in cyber. So gomen tactic now like last time using dbkl. Now use developer built prima for people. You see Bandar Baru sentul now all High End Kondo tower. No place already for miskin people and mid income. So mid income now shift to border from KL with abundant rrady supply or ongoing. Investment is long term la. Short term sure die lor.

Ask you guys who stay in cyberjaya. Don’t you think it’s  really hot here? Every time I shower, I come out sweating and sticky again.

The heat is really getting to me. I’ve stayed at Gombak, Bandar Utama before and I can’t say I remember it being as hot as cyberjaya.

Also, it’s so hot that I don’t even have mood to go out to the park or bicycle around here.

Whereas do you stay? Bangi, dengkil? I mean cyberjaya and it’s surrounding area is hot.

between dpulze shopping and skypart shopping mall , i guess only one can survive due to low population in cyberjaya .

personally i guess dpulze shopping mall will beat down others .

2. loan x lepas, due to borrower, caveat (above), banks dont want to go through?

Zero exp in Lelong, but they are looking intereting

wait, I actually have done financing for units in this area. hahaha.. the developer if I am not mistaken is MK/EMKAY or related. From my experience they are very slow with issuing strata titles. Most banks will not entertain units from this developer, some even blacklisted them (OCBC, for Damansara Perdana) due to that

I am thinking that the re-lelong is because no banks want to finance the unit. What are your thoughts?
