They even have their own group now happily want to come and stay in cyber. So gomen tactic now like last time using dbkl. Now use developer built prima for people. You see Bandar Baru sentul now all High End Kondo tower. No place already for miskin people and mid income. So mid income now shift to border from KL with abundant rrady supply or ongoing. Investment is long term la. Short term sure die lor.

Went to dpulze and saw that Sheng Kee HK dessert opening in December. Also McD opening a booth too at LG.

Also, finally something on tamarindsq. Tamarindsq insta posted that they will be a market place event on 9 Dec.

I think that's the Aspire Residence. Construction already started quite a while ago.

I know one in Domain, probably Neo Cyber also has a hardware shop. Besides that Ace Hardware or Mr DIY already in Dpulze.

I stay in Cyberjaya once a while, but never notice any difference in terms of temperature. I think recently it's really hot and experience the same in few places around klang valley.

I frequent these few areas, brickfields/cheras/puchong a lot. Well if u get outdoor a lot u will feel it's hot.

Btw I'm not sure which park that u go, those public park in Cyberjaya have plenty of ppl.

Old town basic open in dpulze.
Besides that, 有间面馆(go noodle house) and nando's opening soon too (i think move from existing shop near petronas)... seems like dpulze is f&b mall.

Dpulze will still be the the pulse of Cyberjaya. Location the most strategic for neighbourhood mall...in future when tram is ready, it will be walking distance to the mall too smile.gif

Mrt for sure will not cancel coz construction already started quite some time. We will definitely see it till its ready. But tram might not materialise.

wait, I actually have done financing for units in this area. hahaha.. the developer if I am not mistaken is MK/EMKAY or related. From my experience they are very slow with issuing strata titles. Most banks will not entertain units from this developer, some even blacklisted them (OCBC, for Damansara Perdana) due to that

I am thinking that the re-lelong is because no banks want to finance the unit. What are your thoughts?
