I bought CJ after much research. Travelling in many foreign countries including hostile ones by my own, i have seen both sweet n bitter things on each n every country. There is no 100% perfect country accept when one is dead. Hence, i discovered a term called Infrastructure per sq ft whereby many years ago we have not heard of this. Many economic theories are proven wrong as we enter into the fast economy. I really pitied that a troll with a mind problem kept harrassing us in this chat group. This is becos u r like a lame dog barking here. A fruit of thought, nowadays u see in the classified that many are selling Bandar Utama's property becos it is becoming not liveable. That is an example.

Sharing my disappointment on OSK Property, for another project of theirs. Guess mine is worse compared to yours.

OSK Property, trying to be dirty again. A few years back, a group of owners raised this issue to their management - that a serviced apartment will be built instead of the promised hotel. The outcome was promising, assurance from their management that they will relook into their overall master plans and retain the hotel. There was even a signed letter from their top management to all owners.

Today, OSK Property have become rats again, being dirty and sneaky, changing plans and not delivering as per promised when they initially launched the project. The centrall park is nowhere to be seen in their plan. The 5 star hotel that is part of the development is now replaced by Residential Suites. Irony is, they have vast experience in the hospitality industry, managing resorts and hotels via their sister company, PJ Development.

To all prospective buyers of OSK projects, please stay away from this rat, especially their new projects. Don't be a victim, where they show you the world, but deliver you a kampung.

I like what I read! CJ is located between Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the KL city centre which are the two main hubs of growth, hence opportunities of growth.

When i was in Incheon, i sat on a monorail free to view their latest township and up-coming projects near there. We passed Boat rowing club, up-coming amusement park, landed properties with nice & spacious designs over-looking the sea and other attractions. These projects are not cheap but cheaper then Gangnam.

But I am sure those who can see the future will grab these properties as it is near the airport and having KTX connectivity, travelling will be a breeze.

CJ is well-planned.

To add one more point ...Jack Ma comes in  between KLIA n KLCC...or the third factor

Many foreign " fun" say the same thing  i.e the " good infra structures " surrounding KLIA n KLCC .. are simply amazing , the strong plus point ..

Which is a good sign isn't it? To most Malaysian, traffic jam equates with prosperity in that area. It's like the more jam the area is the more appealing it becomes to buyer and investor. Although I'd hate to see this happening in Cyber.
