The depressed auction reserve price of mbtl means there wasn't any bidder in previous auction. Why? despite substantially cheaper than a year ago?

May be you like to share with us the current valuation of mbtl of similar unit.

There are foreclosure in many areas in kv but none has seen substantial price dropped from last year like mbtl/CBJ.

Price goes up or down has no material impact on those bought for own stay. However, with 2000+ developer units remain unsold in cbj, pressure on flippers could be hard to bare. Hence, under pressured flippers are getting more and more aggressive.

If 15 minutes difference in traveling time is important, perhaps you should be staying 5 minutes walk to your workplace rather than 25km+ away.

Chinese investors have difficulty to send money out from china even with assistance of developer. what's more for individual buyer for klcc units.

chinese investors preferred to invest in australia, canada, u.s.a, u.k and sg. most chinese who have invested in kv a few years ago are losing $, is unlikely to attract more chinese to this market.

besides, foreigners could only buy over rm 1m property, which hardly compete with locals.

CBJ is old horse pet project; given what has happened to proton n perwaja steel, jib gor prefer has nothing to do with it.

That will depend on how much of 20+ wip towers will be occupied.
