Just to add. Both Cristal & Serin under same subsidiary company: Trientel Land Sdn Bhd. Developer Villamas.
Serin Residency already issued out strata title. Developer not allow direct transfer. Therefore, current owner must somehow settle the strata title perfection before able to sell.
Cristal Serin still under master title. Owner can escape MOT cost if able to sell now. But this window of opportunity is closing fast as developer is in process of issuing out the strata title as well.

Too wide actually coz the group consist of all type of property. As other places will have old property be it PPR or low cost flats or landed houses.

Just zoom in for newly completed property falling straight into lelong.
Jalan Ampang actually is at the top if zoom at very specific zone/area. M City and The Elements until today (3 years or more after VP), still got never ending auction units. Joining in by Arte+ and 3 towers. Newly completed.

Both places with high number of defaulters. Not talking solely about lelong units but also owners that not paying maintenance fees.
Verdi is newer and still plenty of developer units left.
Verdi offering more layout option especially smaller size below 1000sqft unit (like 700sqft 1 bedroom or 900sqft 2 bedroom unit).

Verdi priced more premium even in the lelong market transacted prices:
Size 1442 sqft sold above 500k.
While Cristal Serin 1521sqft can get at around 450k or below.

Yes it is still okay for you to continue renting or staying there. Depending which property in Cyberjaya, normally will need at least 3 rounds and above only will have interested bidder. Every round will take 1 month time.
After successfully sold via auction also, the new buyer will need 90 days time to seal the deal.
Guess by that time, your contract already ended.

More importantly is whether the management start taking action to the unit such as barring your access card etc.
That will be more troublesome.
