How much garden plaza is going for at the moment?
Is close to MRT station but not walkable. Still need to take transport (bus/grab/teksi) to reach the station.

Walkable ones will be The Place and SkyPark. Both by MCT. and both commercial loan property same as offices/shops/retail lots.
