Well, Come to auction..it is hard to say. last month one unit at summer suites auctioned at 423k...my bro sold his 515k at the same time. What does it means? few auction units just outlier. Disclaimal.. this is not reply atas punya orang....more on general

This forum is about: "Why U buy Cyberjaya?" It is a clear cut topic where many people understand the meaning of it. But there are people who talked nonsense n repeatingly mentioned about napic, underwater, auction, 15mins to get soya sauce blah blah blah like an old broken record. No wander when I lectured in Universities, some got A+ n some failed in their examination. This is because they don't learn to use logic n rationale in answering simple questions. This is called 'failed state of mind'. Perhaps I should do a research on why certain people behave this way.

Im not into props, but I have a client who bought Cyberia Town Apartment, 2k sqft for RM350k
Is that the right price? The owner was desperate, but I think he scored a deal. As usual, I don't really keep up with property news because there are so many that I process to care. But this one though... RM180/sqft. Built by MK Land (blacklisted by some banks), title is just about to be transferred. He got special exception though, he got to transfer the title directly to him.
