Cyber is not even near to cities like melbourne n perth la haha. But it is getting livelier. It is def different from other townships in Mal n not many malaysian are used to it as lifestyle wise is difference. thats why u see so many different opinion on cyberjaya. Good things are now with many more types of residential units to choose...i.e. more potential to attract ownstayers. with amenities especially schools are all there (soon ya i still think Srjkc is key), more families ll come in. we shall see. those who enjoy the cyberjaya lifestyle..cont to enjoy and those die die wan it like cheras, puchong or subang jaya then dont have to so offensive to others' choices of life...u can cont to bbb those areas that suit u...seriously not right or wrong. most important u see the value n potential on the prop u wanna buy or bought..

Tree lined streets n driving 15 mins to an IOI City mall reflects on superb infrastructure n landscape. Try driving in Tuscany then u know whai i mean. Please update yourself by travelling n seeing the bigger picture in life. Dont act like the 95% people with narrow vision n kept repeating on napic, auction n blah blah. Dont b negative or if u r looking for cheaper housing - look for Bt Beruntung

Yes I agree, I'm a moderate person therefore don't use the narrow mind to judge me.

Melbourne always on the top when come to world best township award, however I find it too crowded, I prefer Perth. To my parents, best township is their kampung therefore I don't think there is a best township for all. If u aware, "best" only mentioned by certain ppl to create more fights and arguements.

To so many people, Melbourne n Perth are liveable cities. I have travelled the whole of Australia n certainly not my cup of tea. Costs of properties went up n thanks to the China's purchasing power. The local Aussies complaint like hell on rising costs of living n the property prices. So these are the pros n cons of Australia cities if people dont understand the definition of pros n cons. With Putrajaya's superb infrastruture somehow reminded me of mini Manhattan.

I afraid some ppl will interpret ur msg as CJ better than melb or Perth... they need to understand what is personal pref. U mentioned melb like a mini London, to me they are mini London + mini HK. Many rich Asian 2nd generation in melb =p

To my parents, their kampung really better than melb or Perth. I am happy to see them happy with where they stay.

Yeah these people with narrow minds n narrow visions will condemn what i said but i dont care. We are here to share knowledge, wisdom n experiences. I have done researches too on the places i travel. Basically i like the way Londoners live, they read in the parks, underground, cafes n places of interest. Having conversation with them can gather knowledge but of course i filter the noises too.

Bro...congrats. Singapore property stock index surged up due to MAS relaxing measures n this boost confidence of the property stock prices. So again, we have to filter the noise from the reality but at times...i repeat at times...Trolls help us a lot if the noise created by them work to our advantage.

There are foreclosure in many areas in kv but none has seen substantial price dropped from last year like mbtl/CBJ.

Price goes up or down has no material impact on those bought for own stay. However, with 2000+ developer units remain unsold in cbj, pressure on flippers could be hard to bare. Hence, under pressured flippers are getting more and more aggressive.
