Data center pay may be good but certainly is not extremely good pay.

Most if not all data center equipment are imported and connected by foreign engineers.

besides paying for wages, utilities e.g electricity and water, assessment, data center pay hardly anything else and doesn't contribute any tangible numbers to export or gdp.

Be realistic, mys gdp couldn't and wouldn't not growth at 9% p.a or near it. inflation rate of 9% p.a is more likely.

I am not negative but realistic as proven. There are many and better investment opportunities other than cbj poorperly.

Cbj corp track record in the last few decades should have taught you to take their plan and marketing with a large pinch of salt.
