Like tram proposed by previous big nose ft minister, unless funding is provided by mof budget, it is only a hear say. beside, this monorail or tram is largely to cater for gomen servants going to and returning from work.

How many existing investors could sustain another few years of bleedings? By 2025, how much loan repayment investors could have paid?
