Should be both location also have. The initial ikan bakar from sports arena now at futurise. Heard before that the rental contract ended or management there terminated, then someone else open similar ikan bakar at sports arena

Few months ago I packed an Indian mixed rice (roadside stall) in puchong, very good business, but he told me he is going to move to cbj shop. smile.gif

I tried Salam noodle quite nice and reasonably priced. Paddy House a bit pricey but you can order the next shop (same owner but cheaper).
*
U mean the padi house opposite tamarind right? Not the one beside oldtown.

For that the set not bad la... Chicken rice or some noodle with iced coffee at around rm10.

The one at futurise building? I saw sotong giant pok mat at glomac area, could be something similar. There's other options to go to if it's unreasonably priced. I really don't know, maybe sotong price increase.

Any of you went to tapak Urban Street dining (food truck) which is open daily from 6pm?

On average they have about 20 food trucks and plenty of seating area and live music. However all tables were occupied due to large crowd just now, probably Friday night. I wonder how's the crowd on other days?

Thanks bro for the solution. I've been thinking Cyberjaya DTS bus as travel option. But travel time is around 1.5hrs. Summore the bus stop at 1Utama. She need to get another mode of transport to office.

Btw, from MRT Ttdi only 2 minutes walk to her office
*
Klia transit is only 18-20mins from putrajaya sentral to kl sentral. Then walk for about 5-8mins to meet station. Few stations then u reach ttdi. Total travel time should be below 1hour la.

I just want to snapshot this comment so people can find an example of stupidity.
*
LOL. Its OK la...
I've done the same when working in kl sentral. My cost by taking erl and parking at Putrajaya sentral is cheaper than paying parking and additional petrol/toll comparing to friends working there but driving to work. Also I reach home faster than almost all of them... Some just stay 10-15km away but they take longer time to reach home.

Mine is within 35 mins from office till reach home 😂 just need to know the erl transit time as it leaves on time from. Kl sentral.

Mine is currently one hour or more. 30min by erl to kl sentral is false advertising, you will wait abit every time before you board on the train, sum up that a month, its a lot.
*
The train from putrajaya to kl sentral is only 18-20mins. Schedule of erl is usually on time. keep the schedule in hand if travelling with erl often and u know how to adjust the time when to reach the station.

From my own actual experience from home in cyberjaya to reach kl sentral, usually within 35-40mins.

Any of you know details about this property? Exact location and developer?

Most likely cyber south @dengkil either by MCT or LBS. Its townhouse, not DSL.

Both r leasehold, one of them leasehold malay reserved land. Hehe... Yet the price they sell is something like in the advertisement.

Coz the ads stated FREEHOLD.

Maybe... Or maybe fake it too since freehold will attract more callers.

my guess it should be coz nothing done on that piece of land for ages... so it has been a pool all these while!

definitely need to report to MPSP and ensure the landowner do something about it.
