Nope, this LRT only meant to commute within Cyberjaya and Putrajaya only. It's in the original masterplan since inception.

I will probably go back and have a second look at Serin Residency. Did my study last year and if it is not due to strata title issue, I would have bought a unit there. Also, looking for D'Melor Condominium. The cons is D'Melor is much older than Serin. Lakefront is another option.

Back to cbj, which condos are worth considering in the range about 300k for rental?

I have three in my list but haven't go into details yet. Skypark (due to future mrt and near to putrajaya sentral), tamarind suite (I just love tamarind Square, and I see it is near to King Henry school, not sure their staff rent there?), lakeside condo (the one walking distance to SJKC UNION but this is the least interest one).

It's your own words saying that bringing up all these issues so that it can be improved. All those energy and time u spent, channel correctly or not? If u did not report anywhere else, u r a certified true keyboard warrior right?  Complaining on forum for these issue won't help improve the place.

Ur 'unbiased' and 'neutral' view is so obvious... Please la give credit where its due... Like i said the play area is a wonderful spot for family, kids enjoy playing there but yet those view r hidden on purpose by you, be it by pic or words. If u post it and let ppl judge the good and bad, then that is neutral.

We share the good, but we admit the bad too. U only share the bad and claim nothing good here. So who is biased?

Ps: I won't mind to show the overall of the park which u conveniently omit from your 'neutral' on the ground observation. But will do it over the weekend. I don't have time to take pics on weekdays as its dark already when I'm back.

Yeap. Jom. I would be happy to make the city a better place. I will be spending years here after all. But all solution start with acceptance. We have to accept the flaws of the city and improve upon it.

Classic! On one hand, claim cbj is not far from KL, ioi City Mall, etc, can reach in short time. But on the other hand, not worth the time and cost to travel to some place half a distance. Typical of cbj lovers.

anyone who said cyberjaya food is expensive actually never explore cyberjaya enough.

i am a  permanent cyberjaya resident for 12 years. and i never complained the food expensive because i know exactly where to eat if i dont have the money.

a lot people who complained about food is actually either ignorant or spoiled kid.
