Wow much much much cheaper. In fact driving is not that much more expensive only. With mex, it's actually very fast to reach kl too
*
Still cheaper than driving, parking in kl, toll + petrol... In total easily rm600. Best part is u don't have to go thru traffic jam.

Nope, this LRT only meant to commute within Cyberjaya and Putrajaya only. It's in the original masterplan since inception.
*
It's not lrt. The one in putrajaya supposed to be monorail. Then there is suggestion to extend to it to cyberjaya and kajang.

I will probably go back and have a second look at Serin Residency. Did my study last year and if it is not due to strata title issue, I would have bought a unit there. Also, looking for D'Melor Condominium. The cons is D'Melor is much older than Serin. Lakefront is another option.
*
D'melor location better and much more peaceful due to low density. Down side is high maintenance coz only 120 units there.

If own stay I think not bad, old but the build quality is much better than new buildings and maintenance of the place is still good.

Agree and that's why I said it suits me and reasons behind, and it may not suit everyone...
*
Yea suits me too.. Been travelling to kl and choose to stay in cyberjaya. In fact I move from puchong which is in good neighbourhood and walking distance to lrt.

Driving daily to work from puchong takes about 1 hour to reach. Taking lrt also takes an hour. Only good thing about lrt is u can predict what time to reach home while driving back from work could take more than an hour. Now it takes me 30mins from office to reach home. Yea..might not suit u but I'm happy.

Back to cbj, which condos are worth considering in the range about 300k for rental?

I have three in my list but haven't go into details yet. Skypark (due to future mrt and near to putrajaya sentral), tamarind suite (I just love tamarind Square, and I see it is near to King Henry school, not sure their staff rent there?), lakeside condo (the one walking distance to SJKC UNION but this is the least interest one).
*
I personally will pick tamarind suites. I think this will do better than skypark. So far MCT haven't prove that they can manage a mall. Skypark is ready but u don't hear any plan for them to open. I remember there is rumours or news that they want to sell the mall sometime back.

Anyway, I think centrus mall has more potential than skypark when NSK is open beside it in the future. I really don't know what is setia haruman plan, till today the mall is not open. If they can get dpulze management in, I think it can complement dpulze and connect the malls with covered walk way or bridge.

O...dpulze connecting to centrus will be awesome...

One is overpacked, the other dunno why still dunwan open lol...
*
Centrus has quite nice space actually. There's huge potential really if they can connect it to Dpulze.
Monsta store by animonsta studios suppose to open in Centrus mall, not sure whats the status now.

It's your own words saying that bringing up all these issues so that it can be improved. All those energy and time u spent, channel correctly or not? If u did not report anywhere else, u r a certified true keyboard warrior right?  Complaining on forum for these issue won't help improve the place.

Ur 'unbiased' and 'neutral' view is so obvious... Please la give credit where its due... Like i said the play area is a wonderful spot for family, kids enjoy playing there but yet those view r hidden on purpose by you, be it by pic or words. If u post it and let ppl judge the good and bad, then that is neutral.

We share the good, but we admit the bad too. U only share the bad and claim nothing good here. So who is biased?

Ps: I won't mind to show the overall of the park which u conveniently omit from your 'neutral' on the ground observation. But will do it over the weekend. I don't have time to take pics on weekdays as its dark already when I'm back.

Overall look OK. This is the mini park, right?

Last year I went to the Cyberjaya Lake Gardens which is a bigger park and OK park too.

"It is a horrible park, unattended"

Don't u all agree?

Yeap. Jom. I would be happy to make the city a better place. I will be spending years here after all. But all solution start with acceptance. We have to accept the flaws of the city and improve upon it.
So did u make good use of your excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with superb keyboard typing skill to good use? I've asked many times but u just always deflect and attack.

Like I said many times, u don't simply assume and name call ppl like how u responded many times over my comments.

Here is just a sample of reports I did from MP Sepang eAduan app. Try it out and help us improve on the place. It's a win-win-win if everyone can contribute. Better for cyberjaya, Sepang, Selangor and Malaysia. Good for your long term work/ stay and also future house which is not far away under MP Sepang. smile.gif

Yes that's the mini park.

Cyberjaya Lake garden is even better. Huge playground and full of ppl. I used to jog there like 15 years ago, not much ppl visit the park during those days.

Nowadays it's crowded, u can even rent bike, bubble etc...

Classic! On one hand, claim cbj is not far from KL, ioi City Mall, etc, can reach in short time. But on the other hand, not worth the time and cost to travel to some place half a distance. Typical of cbj lovers.
*
Context here is the forumer said he drive to puchong/seri kembangan everyday for a meal. Food in cbj generally have more restaurant and cafe type... Sure higher cost than hawker food. But there r some that's cheap also... Even if RM2-3 difference, is it worth to drive further for cheaper food but spend more on transport and time. But since its otw back to cyberjaya, he stop by to eat. Then its a different story and legit for him to do so daily.

Classic thing is still u never change. U only like to see from that negative angle, sounds like a sore loser. Hope your real life is not.

anyone who said cyberjaya food is expensive actually never explore cyberjaya enough.

i am a  permanent cyberjaya resident for 12 years. and i never complained the food expensive because i know exactly where to eat if i dont have the money.

a lot people who complained about food is actually either ignorant or spoiled kid.
*
Yea I know quite a few cheap eats. But I think if someone who is used to eat Chinese hawker food, I can understand that there are limited choice in cbj for comparison. Here a lot of restaurant type, like Face2face noodle, go noodle shop, hinz, etc. There's a klang bkt opening soon too in kanvas.

But I know many malay food and some mamak that's cheap. Salam noodle also consider cheap, a bowl of noodle is rm8 and free unlimited drinks.
