I understand admin's thought on freedom of speech, however if Ice kacang keep provocating with wrong facts and cause the thread get lock, there won't be any discussion in the 1st place before we talk about freedom of speech. It's not difficult to aware ice is not encourage discussion at all.

Some not so good updates...Dr cafe coffee and obriens already closed in Shaftsbury. but Obriens still have an outlet in shell building cyberjaya.

Dominos on the other hand open 2nd outlet in Galleria cyberjaya. This outlet looks proper for dine in.

Doesn't matter to me - Both are not in my F&B list.
O Brien is too expensive and over rated.

many of the f&b in shaftsbury don't open on Sunday. Even new lewisgene at cybersquare not open on Sunday. Tot can chill but end up go to Old town area.

Shaftsbury is not doing well, they should offer free parking to boost the traffic....

Maybe cyberjaya can do something to encourage more startup for F&B/boutique retail as well, not rely on those big brand/franchise.

I always struggle to find a frontage parking in front of shoplots.

Those parking are free bay....some are reserved....so always fully occupaid

One of the best feature in shaftsbury is there is a linked bridge in each floor, however the parking charges and only touch and go accepted pull me off to visit Kungfu for example...

They are mostly rented to tenants, not customers. Only selected few lots are reserved for customers. It's a shame that parking is charged, otherwise Shaftsbury has always looked crowded during lunch hour and evenings.

Anyway, my Verdi unit is currently undergoing renovation for own stay in the next 2 months or so. Hopefully Tamarind Sq would do well which is just a stone's throw away. Now's the time to consider folding bicycles for my wife & I

Are you sure? Just went during last weekend. Very few Chinese. All restaurants full with others except Chinese. Feel weird / uncomfortable when I am only the Chinese in the restaurant. Haha

Whether or not parking should be charged, would depend on the optimization and the strategy. If it's always full, especially occupied by long term users (such as the employees who work there or residents of the units above), then ideally, the parking should be charged. At best, can implement a 2 hour free parking rule, so that genuine guest/customers can park for free.

The above applies to all commercial/serviced apartments, not just Shaftsbury. Take Paragon for example, parking is free and not charged, thus, always occupied by long term users. Suspect it is the residents upstairs and in the end, it is the business lots below that suffer (genuine customers that come have no parking).

But my definition of TROLL besides the usual definition is people who are neglected of attention or prominence at a young age will often behave like this when they get older. They need "feeding" as what you forum users wrote are actually correct. So as advised by the majority - just ignore them. And that there can be others who post positive or negative remarks here.
