CBJ owners/investors, grow some balls will ya. Do the negative vibes posted by select few bother you so much that your legs quiver each time they post? Do you really have to counter argue with your points? You're fueling the adrenaline rush they get when they see you get agitated easily.

If you don't like what they say, ignore it. It's not like they're criticizing your mama, your spouse, your cat or your pet gold fish. Their motives for doing so is already pathetic, it's even more so when you feel the need to reply to correct their perception.

This a forum for everyone. Be mature and ignore trolls. I always just smile reading their comments. But it turns me off when I see your replies to trolls. Don't you know by now nothing you say is going to turn them around?

The only person you need to convince is yourself, no one else. Unless of course they want to subsidize your purchase.

Shaftbury not doing well?
I always struggle to find a frontage parking in front of shoplots.

They are mostly rented to tenants, not customers. Only selected few lots are reserved for customers. It's a shame that parking is charged, otherwise Shaftsbury has always looked crowded during lunch hour and evenings.

Anyway, my Verdi unit is currently undergoing renovation for own stay in the next 2 months or so. Hopefully Tamarind Sq would do well which is just a stone's throw away. Now's the time to consider folding bicycles for my wife & I cool2.gif

You have to pressure them. I submitted early Jan, and only after several emails and phone calls only did they complete it. Just completed mid-March.

Anyone moved in already? Many units or not under Reno?

I've seen some balcony lights installed during the day, but since I'm not there at night, I can't really tell.
