I just call to UOB CS and ask them to check for YOLO CB for MAY 17.

They help to send a report to the respective department for investigation and told me that this process will normally take 14 days.

14 days? Cut it... and use CIMB CR more way better than it... hmmmmm....

called cs, end up telling me gov bodies not eligible for cashback...i'm paying cukai pintu thru uobpayonline...maybe another bad news...
then further checking, the staff told me that they will call me back by today...

Cash back received.

Noted that payment for DBKL parking monthly pass (Vista Summerose Sdn Bhd via http://www.citycarpark.my/ ) not entitled for internet transaction rebate of 6%.

Not really. YOLO is far more flexible than CIMB CR when it comes to cash back eligibility.

Government transactions memang no cash back, stated in their T&C.

I haven't received yet.

UOB YOLO's cash back is by batches. It will be in later, I will check mine again in few hours.

Try to minimize usage of UOBPayOnline, it seems more and more payments from UOBPayOnline will not be eligible anymore...

I also yet to receive... i'm using that for Traveloka... still waiting for cashback...

Cannot validate because I don't have other UOB cards except for YOLO, Privmiles or Preferred Plat is not worth for me.

Just received the cash rebate for May 2017 after sent an email to UOB and CC to BNM yesterday.

UOB said they are having some issue with their backend system and they use the manual way to credit back the cash rebate to my card on a URGENT basis.

I got the cashback too.. I email to them ytd but no cc bnm.. but they didn't response to my email..

I called them this afternoon then they said going to give me a call back.
Then when they call me i was away, but i saw the call record only rang 2 times lol.
If tmr still dont see CB, gonna complain to BNM ady.

I gave them a chance yesterday before cc-ing BNM again.

i havent got my MAY CB, Swipe rm 805 on 24th MAY in LAZADA.. supposely entitile for cash back, isn't it?
