Hi all,
Can someone please enlighten me why a recording of 35 seconds was missing from the microsd card on my Mijia dashcam? The recordings were done before and after the accident but nothing captured during the collision. I've checked all the folders in the microsd card but nothing found. I've even tried recovering lost files but still no luck. Thanks

u check via the app or read the memory card via PC?

I used a recovery program to check...non of the "lost" or "deleted" files was the missing 35 seconds recording

This happened to me also 3 weeks ago, xiaomi mijia. 20 seconds is missing from the recording. exactly those most valuable second. Not inside emergency recording also. I never needed to look at the recording before this so never noticed. Now i can't track which car hit me from the back. Luckily light damage only.
loosing faith in xiaomi car dash cam.

Think is why I'm using Thinkware & Viofo dashcams

Have been using mijia rearview mirror dashcam for 4 months. Suddenly wont turn on when start ignition. Tried different usb cables & other power source but still wont turn on. It will only turn on once after leaving aside for a day then wont switch on again. The device only has 1 month warranty. Any idea where can i get it fixed in malaysia?

Don't think anyone fixes this unless it's authorized Mijia distributor in Malaysia. But doubt Malaysia got.

Can email Mijia in China and see?

After upgrading my phone to iOS 13, Mi Dash cam application no longer work. Anyone facing the same issue?

It is the iOS13 issue. All brands kena. Have to wait for them to update the app to work with iOS13.

No love at all for iOS support. That's really sad and disappointing
