afaik, sony is not worth the money.. it might has the looks but inside.. i think with that kinda money, u can always get a better one.. that's just my 2 cents.. smile.gif

anyway, guys.. currently, i have an interest in Compaq Presario B2814TX.. but it's "dressed" in pearl white.. and it has the same price tag as the one that i currently owned..

is it worth changing cos i've been planning to get a new one?

anyone know how the Celeron M Processor's performance and battery life is like compared to centrino? as some notebooks with celeron M also have integrated wifi.

Intel® Celeron M Processor 370 (#) (1.5GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 400MHz FSB)

Intel® Pentium® M processor 725 (1.60 GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 400 MHz FSB)

anyone know where to find benchmarks? tried google, couldnt find.
performance wise im not so concerned, im more concerned about battery life.

OMG, Dell Malaysia has released their 17" Core Duo notebook for about RM 5000. That's cheaper than the iMac Core Duo at RM 5300 and the MacBook Pro Core Duo at RM 8500. Such an attractive offer!

Dell's website

Note: Specs on the Dell are slightly lower (intergrated non-upgradable gfx, combo drive, 512 memory)..
