mine is plastic 'metal' broke inside, and stucking at the groove of the switch and made the key hard to flip on/off
I managed to fix it by opened it up and remove the broken pieces
I must say this iriz key fob is POS. my bro 1st batch preve has much better quality during the first 1-2 years usage while mine broke in 1 year lol

really? what do u said to the sc? and what sc respond? immediate they know its bearing or they said others first before u explain to them to check the bearing.

and bearing problem will have other symptoms too but i didnt feel or experience any of those.

I guess the idea Proton had was all Iriz to be equipped with push start, thus the POS keyfob with foldable key?

Mine first key was like that. Initially they dont want to replace but later on they give free replacement. I changed it then use spare key. Now spare key cant close fully and the button wouldnt come completely out. Last service wanted to change it but they didnt allow. Said they repair it only.

Not sure if mine is similar but if I drive at speeds >130 then theres some noise like "hiiiiiing" coming from the tyre area.

I went to CoSE spoken with senior SA (now customer service exec.) Ana the first time... Only 3 months in of using the car and the key broke! Got that changed free..I asked here then how bout the second key? Her response then was use until rosak then she will change. Let's hope she will hold true to her words.

Goodyear Assurance all season tyres. Not exactly sure which type though since most articles don't say the specific name. Also, it looks like only the Premium has it, dunno about the lower spec.

What do u guys use as phone holder for iriz , can suggest me good ones ? Im often find myself using waze/maps to avoid traffic and holding it while driving is not very safe , appreciate the suggestions !

Mine clip onto the aircond vent. Doesnt clip very well but still works. Iriz middle aircond vents are vertical, so dont have to worry about the phone's weight potentially bend/break the vent.

Hurm.. honestly if phone are heavy try find mount that have deck so the phone won't lose grip and avoid flexible neck etc...

I'm also currently not using any mount on this car yet due to my phone so heavy the mount clip can't grip for long time
