Call any SC and informed them on this, rattling issues on the dashboard. I'm fixing mine now at sc. But mine rattling is not very bad only on A pillar. The newest on are to be put at A pillar, head unit, contral panel, odomoter panel etc. I only ask the mechanic to install it only at A pillar.
*
I fixed this noise kit.
But another new noise appear.

Before this rattling sound.
Now rat sound. My god.

guys..how do you calculate fc/km (don no if this the correct term) from A to B ?
want to do mileage claim.
or i just attached the receipt (fuel n tng) lol.
*
Calculate fc/km or total distance traveled?
FC for 1 trip may not be accurate. Best way to do this is using an app called fuelly. Each time u refuel, u fill tank until full then only enter data to fuelly. I do this always.

If measure distance then just set trip A, B or C when u wanna start the journey. When end then record the value of the trip. Normally I reserve trip C to measure total distance from last fuel up to current fuel up.

diy paint job ?

It can be done if you rajin biggrin.gif .

1. Sand out that area till smooth
2. Apply car putty/filler
3. Sand again until smooth
4. Go buy that paint in spray can (if you dont have paint gun) at shop that do custom paint mixing. better get primer-base-clearcoat combo.
5. Paint it as per instruction.

Now compare all that costs with if you just send the car at shop for paint job which one is more favorable to you. brows.gif

Yup, this is the second time. There's another one on my bonet, which I manage to blow it before it's too late, still manage to leave a dark spot there. This second one really hurt so bad lol

i think the problem is faulty float sensor in the fuel tank ..have been driving the car with the same empty fuel indicator and seems like no problem with the fuel supply...so i will wait until my next service to fix this..will have to frequently refill the fuel though just to be careful

yup.. can do sport strip.. twin or tripple line.. hihihi... but i feel you..sakit hati.. the paint peel off.. happened to me before.. I kena cat balik front bumper when just received.. lucky me the SA pay it all..

just to share during my 20k service.. my car feel a bit vibration as brother in-law agree with it.. he drive suprima.. can see the rear view mirror is visibly vibrating on iddle running engine.. Show to SC larkin mechanic.. they agree to order and change one mounting at engine and maybe another at air cond compressor.. maybe that is the root create all ratling issues for all old iriz? all new 2017 iriz model come with new 3 mounting design... just to improve the nvh, right?.. that's my 2 cent opinion.. Do anyone here ever change their mounting yet?

anyway my coupling/lock for right rear passenger selt belt seem broken.. SC order and agreed to replace a new one..

both replacement under warranty.. seb baik..fuh

i have myvi 1.3 auto.. now Iriz premium 1.6 auto.. My old myvi won by 20 to 30km extra on average as both same car has same petrol tank capacity..
but the fun I have with iriz easily justify the loss at fuel consumption.. 😀

nway don't go for iriz if you must die die want to have fuel saving car..

but if your budget at this low entry level and fuel saving is just bonus.. then die die go and get iriz or persona (if your want larger boot but they said cornering not syok as much as iriz)... hihihi

Saw this on IRIZ FB group.

The button on the steering wheel is fault and proton SC replace it with Persona's steering.

How awful it looks.
