Hey! I'm half Taiwanese (my dad malaysian! ). My hometown in Taiwan is in Chia-yi, but I stay in Kaohsiung most of the time (Born there as well smile.gif . Might go back Taiwan after my studies and obtain my Taiwanese citizenship! Although the 1 year national service is a turn off. sad.gif

I went to Taipei last month, took Eva Airways, flight ticket about RM 1550 per person. Stayed at Taipei CityInn Hotel (新驛旅店), approx RM180 per night.

Where to shop ar? for clothes must go Wu Fen Pu lor, Xi Men Ting also got lot's of things to shop, and don't forget about Shilin Night Market..

How much I spend? Hmm, I spent around RM1K (per person) there (exclude air ticket and hotel) but i didn't do much shopping cos I went during winter time, clothes all not ngam.. hehe..

Good news... Jetstar airline is currently having sales until 23 Nov for travel period of July to Oct next year. I logged in for flight from S'pore to Taiwan (no KLIA to Taiwan) for only S$346 after including tax and surcharges.

Da rate dat u mentioned, 346 SGD is 1 way or 2 ways?
