harlo .. wanted to ask is it safe to backpack around taiwan ?
ne recommended budget inns .. with decent cleanliness ? < Rm 100 per night , planning to go around may .. ne events / places i shuld visit arnd that time ? |

i went to taipei 2 months ago with Eva Airway, return air ticket Rm 1550, if air asia can get half of that price, then we dun need to spend that much on air ticket!! |
