er most of the time 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes max. depends la. most of hte time are spent on squats.. other exercises i rest 45 sec to 90 sec max between sets

Thats pretty quick. Should be pretty intense when you workout.
Thanks, shall incorporate shorter rest time into my workout routine.

didn't update for sometime. was damn busy with studies. A levels finals are near. i'm still with the RSR just that i didn't update.. and the last day was supposed to be last saturday, and due to some circumstances i delayed until today.. this is how the max attempt on squat went..
