The more variety is the better, western, chinese, japanese, local all are welcome, all under one roof in air-condition environment

Anyway no plan is disclosed to-date

With more than 120,000 population that have quite a good purchasing power within 5km radius, a mall with premium supermarket + cinema + variety of delicious food is workable. Hope the new owner read lowyat

bottleneck due to landmark construction i guess

Forsee when Landmark is fully occupied, jam at Jln Sg Long will be worsen, there are some 900 units in Landmark 1&2.

There is a suggestion to disallow LR ppl to enter Jalan Sg Long direct but make a u-turn near by MRT Bukit Dukung.

That 50% discount really does an impact? Sometimes i doubt if our malaysian really that cheap skate. For me if my office is convenience for taking MRT, i wouldn't mind those 50% discount and just continue taking the MRT instead.

agreed with that. landmark is a nuisance to traffic at that location...

There is a bridge near by Co-co Steamboat to enter LR as well as turn to GS Highway Kajang direction.

No one oppose, but there is a suggestion to prevent LR residents to get in Jalan Sg Long as it worsen the jam and much more dangerous if these people make a u-turn towards Sg Long direction.

Not sure this is confirmed or not, but think again this proposal is win-win for all.

This is part of MPKJ's requirement considering the heavy traffic in the junction of Jalan Sg Long and GS Highway, I think this is great idea.

Without the bridge LR ppl unable to go home or take risk to u-turn in front of Veter. Depart, high possibility accident will happen.
