Found this in Malton's Annual Report

Page 74:

c) On 24 February 2015, Layar Raya Sdn Bhd (“LRSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary company, had received a notice from the Land Administrator (“State Admin”) in relation to the compulsory acquisition of a portion of freehold land held under Lot 4294 and Lot 4295 measuring 9,590 square meters and 4,113 square meters respectively, both located within Mukim of Cheras, District of Ulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. On 21 May 2015, LRSB had received a letter from the State Admin offering a compensation of RM3,151,690 for the said portion of land to be acquired and compensation for injurious affection of RM737,311. On 26 June 2015, LRSB objected to the amount of compensation and has lodged an objection with the State Admin.

At the case management on 29 September 2016, the High Court directed the parties to submit additional documents. On 12 October 2016, LRSB submitted closing submissions. The High Court allowed the State Admin to postpone for submission of addition documents, which LRSB objected. The High Court fixed the matter for mention on 3 November 2016.

During the financial year, LRSB has recognised the gain and compensation fees arising from the compulsory acquisition of land by the State Admin amounting to RM1,655,036 and RM737,311 (Note 8) respectively in the profit or loss.

Lot 4294 & 4295 affected by EKVE I supposed. 2 out of 7 plot of lands affected.

A bit disappointed, this is GOB who run the show not Malton, imagine mini Pavilion Sg Long tongue.gif

Anyone here staying in Seri Sg Long?
What do you all think about this taman, good environment to stay in?
Just feel that most of the time in and out also need to take the route at BMC section 1 there.

By right about time already but Mpkj seem very slow to act, got objection from the hawkers and Taming Indah resident I suppose.

I feel good too move there at least have a proper place instead of middle of road.

Too bad Global Oriental is the developer instead of Malton, I wonder they only can build landed houses at these areas, as the slope is quite steep, condo is unlikely. If mixed development should have some shoplots I suppose. Hope they can upgrade the road and if possible build a mini hill park, IJM S2 Heights Hill Park is quite ok biggrin.gif

I believe most kids and adults will like it, the hill park also have a good view of Seremban 2.

As Lot 4294 & 95 is under compulsory acquisition, it make Lot 4296 isolated wonder what GOB will do on this lot, may be can change it to recreation park tongue.gif

KAJANG: A 37-year-old Bangladeshi construction worker died after being buried in a landslip while operating a bulldozer at a Sungai Long construction site.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Mohd Sani Harul said they were alerted to the incident at about 5.19pm on Wednesday.

Mohd Sani said the victim was believed to be operating the bulldozer while doing site clearing works at a construction site when he and the bulldozer plunged into the landslip.

He said that the bulldozer also overturned and was buried in soil after it plunged about 60-70 feet in the incident, adding that firemen were able to remove the victim from the debris after about 35 minutes.

Mohd Sani said that the victim, identified as Abdul Halim, was pronounced dead by hospital personnel at the scene.

He added that his remains were handed over to the police and brought to the Kajang Hospital.

The proposed road barricade Is impossible approve because its link road . Under guarded guidelines road can't be permanent closed even with boom gate , closed only from 12am to 6am . No permanent structure can erected on the public road . Why this ppl want worry
And ask ppl file complain ..
once the two barricade show on the plan
Jururancang confirmed not approve this application
