Some tenant will move out, I have received message from CARING, they will relocate to BMC after Aeon BMC is closed.

Heard from the staff, cinema will be built too.

prime supermarket means their price will also higher right?

hopefully they can sustain, orther wise would be meaningless if have to close after 1 or 2 years later.

i'm not sure are they wrong in their marketing strategy.

but i think majority of the customer here are middle class.

When i took a peek during my visit yesterday, i can see inside shelves is still with all the old stuff..
So left 3 days to refurbish .. i dont think much can be done ..
in the end mayb reopen remain as same AEON. hahaha.
good thing is their old stocks all cleared out. rclxm9.gif

If can Cinema + Lots of makan shop. BBQ PLAZA etc. Might as well turn all those vacant shop into FOOD PARADISE.
their building cannot make it into a good shopping place for clothes etc due to the small area.
So one good idea is make it into food hangout and some entertainment like Cinema. Confirm can survive.

Don't forget the new owner will build service apartment at the current open air car park, wonder what is the impact on this "new" mall especially under construction period.

Middle class now days also want high quality of life, my wife buy a lot of organic food which is the major selling point for Aeon Maxvalue prime.
