so many new condo in sg long, believe all future developments will most likely be condo aimed at utarians, as landed is hard to sell, judging from taming bglows. wonder if this will one day be the highest density township in cheras south next to the balakong industrial area

hopefully they expanding it to twin plam with a new township there. The current shops and our road cant afford these new projects anymore .

Some update on Silk Highway

KUALA LUMPUR: SILK Holdings Bhd shareholders have unanimously APPROVED the proposed disposal of Sistem Lingkaran Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd (SILK) to Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB).

The shareholders voted in favour of the proposed disposal at an EGM yesterday, which will see SILK Holdings sell its entire issued and paid-up share capital in SILK for RM380 million cash.

“With that, the remaining approvals that are still required will be the approvals of the relevant government authorities, in this instance UKAS (Public Private Partnership Unit), as well as the completion of the due diligence exercise which PNB is undertaking,” executive chairman Datuk Mohammed Azlan Hashim (pix) told reporters yesterday.

Recall that the sukuk holders had already approved the transfer of equity and changes to the terms of the sukuk papers, and the parties have until end of April to complete the entire transaction.

I remember some where they say cannot built a u-turn because of safety issue ... the road comes down hill and cars driving fast .... WTF

Its kinda stupid reason when gomen approve to built a 100x more dangerous u-turn at Kesas Sunway toll there ....

Poor Bukit Enggang a.k.a. Sg Long Hill became hill of rubbish & place for burning rubbish

Thanks MPKJ for issuing out summons, withheld the lorry that carry rubbish for a month instead of just 10 days. Yes please take stern action against the land owner include forfeit their land if further case arises.

Heard that 24 hours patrolling and a suggestion to dig a deep groove enroute to Sg Long Hil will be implented too.

But deep groove also stopping hikers too woh

Lol, what SILK will win in this context? Setting a toll for those who want to make U-turn?

Without doing anything, SILK already can collect the same amount of toll rate via u-turn at Twin-Palm woh..
