Red 4segi is Iris project.
How about the orange highlighted area? Any taikor can share?
And how about the blue line is that proposed EKVE road? hmm.gif

What I have dig currently got 3 project on that hill.

Lavender 2 block (Phase 1)
Iris 1 block (Phase 2)
Camellia1 block (Wira Cheras developer)

All in same row. and another future so called 3 phase condo will build infront of Lavender and Iris at the entrance of the site there.

From previous post some TaiKor said SYF and wira all abang adik same MD.
Last time they adv lavender project as Low density. Now suddenly bomb another 3 new condo bangwall.gif

Hate their strategy, always claim that low density, but slow slow build other phase with different company name bruce.gif

I can't give you answer on this EXP question. IMHO you better findd out what's the population of UTAR student at Sg Long now. How many unit UTAR "asrama" supplying now and future.

But what I can confirm is 3 condo will build at the hill now. Camellia is half rumahwib.

Indeed. Buy 1.5km walking distance Is not walkable to me. Who know nowadays Utarian all drive Audi. Hahaha

3 condo total less than 900units consider okay gua compare to other high density project.
