Anyone brought properties from Wira Cheras and how is the workmanship and quality if i may ask? Looking at camellia-residences now

Ever since the road widening project was completed several weeks ago at the mahkota underpass junction leading towards exit to Grand Saga highway, the jam que and waiting time has been reduced TREMENDOUSLY.

Based on my "everyday" observation, it itake merely less than 4 minutes to exit mahkota most of the time within a day except certain peak periods which only take slightly longer due to several big lorries making a U-turn and exit at the same time.

So, to all those naysayers especially this "Hello Hello" who complaints and criticizes "sibeh jam" at the very beginning as if Mahkota exit is the ONLY place in the whole Malaysia is congested and "ignoring" Puchong. I dare him to come here and repeat that again. If you found that my statement above is right, please spread the message "sibeh smooth".

Road ok. not far as the exit is just next to highway.

I am looking to buy condo nearby. But seeing the landed here not going up now pull hand break.

Landed house price will go up slower compare with high rise wad. Cos sg. Long atill got land. When no land liau price will shoot, macam kinrara ma, last time landed price like puki

Bout rm400k starting. Am looking their rmh Selangorku at rm300k.

Since not much info on wira cheras nor syf. Thats why ask around if their quality is alright

Bare in mind that price hike for landed and high rise is different.

Looking at current market, I think that high rise might take longer time to rise compared to landed as high rise unit are oversupply. Just my 2 cent opinion

But if you still looking to purchase, i would suggest alstonia residence. Went to the show house and quite satisfied with their plan

The sungai long residence condo? That one starting price bout rm500k. Other than that i dont know other new launches by shl

every where sub property price is sunk and rental is dropping esp high rise .
if u still look for high rise for investment , good luck

Well done for the road widening! but when they adjust the traffic light timing it still affect he jam... Best is remove the traffic lights lol...
