Hi guys, anyone knows if a cinema will be built inside the BMC mall in the near future? I heard they will renovate after this CNY. Besides cinema any new tenants coming in besides AEON...

Don't think it is a threat.. but more of an amplifying effect on the growth of the area as a whole..

Saga sure wont approve cause it may affect their toll collection. The government should go ahead with the road upgrade without those greedy highway concessionaire interfering..

10% is only 15 acres of green park which is too little for the whole population of Sg Long. Should make it at least 50 acres. That would be better.

How about the whole sg long. They should make it 10% of whole sg long area or even including BMC.

I dont oppose the conversion, just that it needs more green lung and proper planning on the traffic should be done.

We really need alot of flyovers especially this whole area will be super congested.

But for those who bought their property here because of the golf course, they will be very upset....

Well done for the road widening! but when they adjust the traffic light timing it still affect he jam... Best is remove the traffic lights lol...

I heard from students that some of the condos in Sg Long is badly managed. Not sure of the names though...
