land is big enough..can build twin tower
location is better...just beside the main road, this time they can display their big signage in front of the buiding
hopefully there will be a bridge across the road to opposite side
the shops at the KFC/Maybank side will benefited from this project too

Residents SL 7 affected or bmc Sek 7 protest ?

That land is 6 acres, twice the size of current UTAR campus, bro KLCC and its surrounding about 100 acres re

Maybank & KFC go to Shell has to cross over a busy main road, not so walkable especially under hot sun.

BMC, why should SL 7 residents want to protest?

But forsee traffic will be much heavier with new campus, where is our direct link to Silk Highway (KL/Balakong direction)?

if not mistaken, the initial plan for current buiding 1 & 2 have a bridge , but been cancelled for not know reason

this time have to materialize it for 3rd building

UTAR will expand in the future for sure, then no need to build 4th, 5th building....
