As a student, I don't think the BMC car park will be sucessful. I stay at Scot Pine so I don't usually require parking but I guess closing one of the parking lots behind UTAR will not deter students from trying to park at the adjacent lot. If it is full then they'll just park on the street because I still see alot of people parking illegally even though MPKJ is quite busy issuing summons. I mean, students are usually very lazy to walk (can see from the ridiculous queues at UTAR 's lifts)

should ask the government to build a multistory carpark and a modern wet market.
then it will solve the problem forever..
and this two building will create more business opportunities as well..

traders not going to foot the bill for extra rental for market building. need super enforcement from town council on this and also on the summons they keep issuing left and right if not is just wayang kulit

They r people friendly authority . That y so many years under PR the government not dare to implement better policy and local rules

These lands are reserved for Bomba, Police & Dewan Orang Ramai, therefore not allow to build permanent building.

Unless MPKJ make it compulsory for the traders for Sekysen 8 to move in, that building is wasted.

Btw, did Dewan Orang Ramai at Seksyen 8 BMC open d?

only if they dare to close seksyen 8 market but they scared to do so....even the hawkers beside the road they also pretend to give advice .... after that the hawkers are still there

Haha everytime it rains its always ends up flooded. Even the newly tarred road in front of the Sg Long shop lots got washed away now massive potholes appearing. I suspect its because of all the silt washed down from the developments uphill and it clogs up the drainage, thus, causing the floods.

Oh btw guys, I live in BSL1 and have recently joined Reapfield. If you guys are looking to buy/sell props do let me know yeah hehe.
