Just received pm from SA today nearby to cemetery leh, beside got empty land also, any sifus think here can rent or not? Or better for ownstay, the sales kit they sent me all those facilities is "proposed" only leh...

Nearest LRT is Bandar Tun Razak, less than 2km. Can still walk if needed. MRT Taman Midah a bit further away. I don't know about rentability. TBH I bought for own stay.
