If this Jln Jujur is referring to the road at BTR (formally known as Kg Kongo back in the 80s), then the potential vacant site is the remaining football field, next to HTC.

BTW the people living at this area preferred to call it BTR instead of Cheras .......

How many development AK is currently developing? 20? This is not only about cash rich or not. This is about how to manage their CF. MEH used to be a cash rich company, but look at it now. I really salute the management team of AK. Really wonder how they manage all these project at one go.

My guess is partially rumawip & partially to relocate the people from Sri Labuan Apartment. After build then relocate, after relocate then demolish, after demolish then build more!! LoL

Memang is that football field. Kayamas had a whole master plan in mind. They refurbished the nearby Padang Bola Sepak BTR as a community project mid of last year. Then they gonna develop the football field to relocate the Sri Labuan residents.
