Seeking employment with qualifications, I would generally think Jobstreet, maybe LinkedIn. But those seeking jobs like where the qualification required is Secondary education, how is it approached?

I was recently researching bus captain positions at the 4 public bus operator and I had to get info in person - surely not everyone has the time to visit 4 different recruitment centres to learn that only 2 is currently actively hiring Malaysian.
