Currently looking for a single room with a budget of $550-$650 with the aircond being the option for the price range,
preferably to have own single toilet despite only renting a single room, not sure if this is feasible, and do I shortlist this criteria at those rental website?
my workplace is around Kaki Bukit MRT area, I don't mind to walk, MRT or bus (within 30 minutes) transport combination as my daily routine to work. Any other area that I can cheaper rental with better living conditions? provided I willing to travel 30 minutes

I have no Singapore registered number yet, which telco offers the best of the buck as a starter? Do I need my employment letter or pass to obtain a "non-tourist" sim pack? How much I have to fork out for a data plan that covers minimum data for whatsapp usage and some calls?

I just got my PR and i got some queries. When i was on my Employment Pass, i used my FIN number to apply for bank account, singtel, paylah apps, fave, all those which require me to use either FIN/NRIC to register. of coz, at that time i used FIN to open all of them

Now, my FIN no more, and got my PR. So, do i need to change all of these account from my FIN to NRIC or its ok to leave them?
