I doubt this. Compare to MMU, TARC/UTAR is more well known in MOM eyes due to a lot tarcian/utarian came to SG after their graduation.
I have seen MMU/MIA applicant get rejected/pending for a long time for their work pass compared to tarcian/utarian who get approved easily within a week when I doing hiring last time.
But thing might change now 

Don't say that. Indirectly you are blaming your parents for sending you wrong school. Be contented and blessed with whatever you have...

got it. maybe because its rare for them because normally malaysian with diploma+ will go for EP. HR wont apply anything below ep for them, save levy, save headcount to hire another foreigner.

depends, HR should post the job on multiple platforms include jobsbank, its free.
under some circumstances, you can hire without posting on jobsbank
not your fault, is the hr didn't do well planning. if she does, the money that paying ur levy could be your extra salary.

I found that no matter you graduate from UTAR, TARC, MMU, and etc... , it is same in career, all my colleague graduate from TARC, still able to do a good job, same salary with MMU graduates, and the most important is - study fee is cheaper than MMU. I am MMU student, and now stuck by PTPTN 40k ++ loan, only afford to pay monthly repayment, all my colleague who graduate from TARC, already settled PTPTN by one shot payment 10k++, i regret that why i choose MMU for my degree study??        

Regarding PR, my colleague (TARC) and me (MMU) also get PR, i believe your job and industry matter when come to PR.

ok thank you. Another question to ask is about if I never work in Singapore for the latest 3 years already but 2 years I did work. So after 5 year will I be able to renew PR? Also if I able to renew another 5 years I don't work there no more tax for next 5 years....So next time I renew again chances they don't allow is low or high. In what situation they won't allow renew
