i think sony have the longest experience of making water proof phone rite.
so yes, XZ P do have IP68 certified - dust/water proof over 1.5 meter and 30 minutes

You didn't make the wrong choice. To be frank, all the colors are rather sexy.
The XZ Premium has IP68 rating, so it's the same as S8.

Case not ok for the ear phone plug, yours one fit? mine one when plug in ear phone, the case block the plug to fully inserted. So when i listen music, easy putus half way if i move.

Just change the bloody sp...sony free one only the side got glue...middle not glue at all no wonder some time will miss when typing. Just change this type so call 水凝膜，quite hard to apply as is very soft like rubber...u may need watch tutorial video few times before apply，i already screw one...thank god i bought 3pcs...the color and feelreally clearer than sony free sp....

quite good. very clear n no problem in typing...just quite hard to aim n apply..i apply till senget abit.. atm i think dun buy tempered glass 1st as tempered glass sp for XZP is not mature yet..i saw many review on taobao say edge of SP have visible white line...few brands also same, just saw a brand that have a new solution to remove white line on edge but not so effective yet, white line will come back after few days, u guys can go n have a look at comment section if can read mandarin.

I went and toy around with the XZ Premium in sony store today. Holy shit, this phone is comparable to my i7. It was blazing fast.

Not sure because I havent held a sony phone since my Z2 but heck the display has improvement leaps and bound. I cant get over the fact its still using IPS, cant imagine the if Sony ditches IPS over OLED.

My inner Sony fanboy is slowly returning. The moment that Sony trim the frickkin bezel on their phone, i'm completely sold.

No dumbass but smarter.

Sony xz premium way smoother than others phone.

Especially the colors 4k screen, truely sharp, soft, natural, crystal clear n no saturation.

After getting used to it, now really like the tick bezels.

Sony phones are ip68 certified.

Luminous chrome much better.

Got shinning back for u to make up n 💄 too.
