Hmm... For medium settings:

(Others like Rx 570 are good too)

Ram:
Ddr4-2400 8gb RM260

Ssd: you could also opt for 250gb SSD instead of 500gb, further saving around rm210.

Other parts are more or less recommended for gaming.

Yeah. I missed that part, thought the 4gd5 is less power hungry

RAM power consumption is only a few watts.
