No you can't. They are not compatible. Go with DDR5 board and DDR5 RAM if you can increase budget. Swap to these

Plenty of boards for Z790 but they increase price without adding more performance. Its up to you. I would pair a Z790 with K CPUs. Like 14600K with 360 AIO cooling. Its a waste getting Z790 if you don't have unlocked CPU. And you can get extra 200mhz turbo from just one setting with K CPUs as well.

Yeah, PSU is hidden. There are white cable replacements for PSUs too. Be careful with what you buy those. Some brands makes it only for their own PSUs.

Colorful boards are white in color. Asus Z790-A (DDR4 or DDR5) also white but brand tax makes it hard to recommend.

8+1+1 or 16+1+1 is the Voltage Regulator Module. More is better. It can handle more powerful CPU and better overclocks. They cost more.

Example:
Putting 14900K on lowly B660M (looking at you, Asrock) that comes with 6 + 1 + 1 (50A per phase) is asking for overheating VRM.

Light editing is easy. Intel iGPU also comes with super fast Intel Quick Sync video.

Yeah, can go for RTX 3060 12GB if you need GPU. Just try built-in first.

You are forgetting he has 4k resolution. GPU bottleneck is much more likely at 4k.
