1060 already great for 1089p gaming, can play most title, even the AAA title at high to max setting at above 60fps. only the most graphic demanding title will set u back but u can always crank down the setting. exception is PUBG, that game is just unoptimized as fruck. but if u wan abit of futureproofing, go for 1070ti.

AMD Ryzen 1200 has 4 cores, G4560 has only 2. Definitely Ryzen 3 1200 will blow G4560 away. On top of that, AMD says the motherboard will be supported till at least 2020. G4560 is dead if you cant find Kaby Lake CPUs for upgrade if Intel no longers manufactures it. Coffee Lake is not compatible with G4560 motherboard chipsets.

Opinion of which to get

GTX 1070 or ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1060 STRIX OC 6GB GDDR5

Its no brainer. GTX 1070. Even if the card from crappy brand. Still stomps Asus GTX 1060 Strix.

Recently having restarts while playing games PUBG and dota2, during loading screens. IS it the PSU ?

Tried running furmark halfway also restart.

Try reducing power limit to 70-90% with your brand's graphic card tuner or MSI Afterburner and see if it restarts again or not. If it doesn't, then it is your power supply.

70% still restarts. need to lower till 50%.

Any suggestions for good psu ? i think mine is a seasonice 550 instead of a 420.

Yeah, looks like wear and tear is hitting your power supply. 600W or better recommended for GTX 1080. Maybe Super Flower Leadex Silver 650W at RM429? This is higher grade PSU.

Corsair CX, TX and HX is good. Ignore that CM unless got new review for their new models.
