Thats a good price considering its less than RM 100 more than USA MSRP. Somemore in USA prices are being scalped. Here I guess market perception for Nvidia so strong, nobody is scalping Arc.

Altho trying to get 9060xt to play nicely at 4K is a bit of a stretch, your quite right that its understandable that most people dont play with everything maxed out unless they have the highest top line battlestation. This is why these days I prefer TPU Wiz reviews over GN or HUB/TS as his test setup mimics the config that regular gamers would run and then crank it just a bit higher. Being objective at best, he is not out trying to fail any 8GB cards purposely.

GD is non modular vs GM series & perform slightly worse. For RM 100 more I would advice go with 750W GM since will still meet his budget cap.

Your budget still a bit too low for decent AM5 build but i give you good bones to build on so if you go with lower end Ryzen now you can later upgrade to 9800x3d or even will still have 10800x3d later.

The CPU yeah its a side grade at least from your 5700x unless your can topup for 7600X


If you can topup budget to 4.5~5k, then straight to 7800x3d and maybe no need upgrade anymore (unless 10800x3d is very compelling).

Casing go with any Lianli 2xx series of airflow case (206 207 216 217 etc)

Unless you intend go with Core7/9 or Ryzen9 later on, good dual tower aircoolers are on par with AIOs, even 9800X3D CPU only need PA/PS 120/SE. Also I doubtful your budget can fit decent AIO.

Value RAM for productivity & office PC is ok but for gaming setup it will hold back perf a lot since real world its slower than DDR4 XMP 3200MHZ

Latest releases from Corsair has pisspoor build quality, design and cheapen materials. If for same price, just get Lianli.

Risky. If OP dont update BIOS with (yet another new) bios fix for degradation, sooner or later that CPU will kill itself. Its not automatic prompt to do like Windows update so the risk for unknown users to ignore this is high.

I havent been following pricing these days so it maybe above your RM 4k budget (maybe 4.5~5k?) but it has good bones for future upgrade CPU to 9800X3d and GPU to something xx70/TI series later.

5000series also has driver crashes and bugs to fix. Comparing both having these issues is moot. The huge price gap doesnt justify that Nvidia card.

Crazy to think at launch 9070XT was sold at RM 3500-3800 nearly double the price today. AMD Msia totally no control and allowed their distros to scalp hard.

You rich T15 no problem to pay for way overpriced GPU

I dont think PSU is the problem here. Even if its underspec, the GPU wont draw full power at boot so it shouldnt give such problem.

1. Unless you did not connect the PCIE power connections. Please check if its well secured.
2. Do you have another GPU to test? Sounds like the GPU might be dead.
