If calculating 25/7 to 31/7 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.23, and RON97 should be around RM2.53.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate is RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price go down by 3 sen to RM2.53 (±1 sen).

If calculating 1/8 to 7/8 cycle (Thursday to Wednesday - weekends are using Friday prices), RON95 should be around RM2.19, and RON97 should be around RM2.49.

However, since they announced that RON95 will be capped at RM2.08/l, my estimate is RON95 will maintain at RM2.08 and RON97 price go down by 5 sen to RM2.49 (±1 sen).

Unfortunately I will be travelling overseas for work starting from tomorrow, so I may not be able to update tomorrow or Thursday.

As of 19/8, the estimated RON97 fuel price is RM2.21/l - an increase of 2 sen.
