Unless you stay next to your office, everyone also suffer driving fatigue due to jam lah.  Places near to city center always jam one, KL driving always fatigue one, since you got driving fatigue then don't go loh..   

Puchong, Kota Kemuning, Setia Alam, even DPC, which one no need encounter jam to KL one? You go there and remind everyone about driving fatigue loh...  Setia Alam you go out from toll already fatigue liao, you go Setia Alam ask people move out and don't stay there lah  ... 

Better all move into city center, then no one need to have driving fatigue liao..

Driving fatigue is more associated to traffic jam instead of distance, just need to get the fact right.

If wants to fully tackle the driving fatigue should focus on improving the traffic condition, not blaming the distance.

My driving fatigue is triple or even quadruple when travel in city center for 5km, compare to driving for a 20km using Lekas and Silk highway during peak time... 

Some just want to justify for the sake of argument, can't blame them, their investment interest is city center or near to city center. They will not associate driving fatigue to the traffic condition in their place of interest, instead just blindly blame the distance..

You have zero experience staying in Semenyih. Your past experience in another township might not similar here as there are differences in terms of highway network, connectivity, road condition, traffic flow, etc.

As a rationale road user, we all know that traffic jam causes more severe impacts on driving fatigue.

Just ask yourself, if without the traffic jam, travelling for 30-40km shall cause you have significantly higher driving fatigue compare to driving 10 - 20km instead? Or between a 10km road with serious traffic jam and 30km smooth highway road, the 30km highway road shall cause you to have more driving fatigue because longer distance?  

I think shall rest my case here, it is no point to keep on round and round on this issue when you already have bias distance cause more driving fatigue than traffic congestion. Happy blowing water nia...   

Living in Semenyih since born..travel about 22km to Cheras workplace for 30mins through Jalan Semenyih > Pintasan Kajang-Semenyih Bypass (dunno whats the name just search Google Maps) have no issue at all in traffic, unless got car accident lah can't be foreseeable one..btw, my dad pakai motor to Cheras workplace for more than 30years

I only say marketing strategy cost and built cost is under two different budget..dun think developer will allocate the marketing budget to bought better material for customer house. I am happy as long as they give free food instead of doing a lots of advertisement at newspaper lor...

Depends on d co how much benefit they want 2 give 2 buyers. Y nt make buyers happy 2 generate more goodwill n publicity 2 enhance sales n profits later
