Dear all, what is your view of installing grille at our property such as those in Precinct 3? Is it safe to go without grille as suggested by SA since this is a G&G community which promises 30-second onsite presence from the moment an alarm is triggered? Tx hmm.gif

install grill for slightly better peace of mind.

but more important is don't act like rich man and don't keep too much valuables in the house.

30 second on site presence? sure or not?

the alarm system setia install one? it is linked to guardhouse? that is good.

I was quite impressed when the SA mentioned about "30 second" response.. But my mind was then wandering how to let the window/door securely open if we do not have grille: what happen a musang/monkey/orang utan climb through the windows and hide under my bed? cry.gif

that's why all our houses, we put grill. so that people cannot just anyhow walk in (especially downstairs.). otherwise all the door and window must closed. i prefer grill and open window / door so that got fresh air.

other nicer option is those high grade majestec mesh steel. but too exp for me. blink.gif
