reserve price was 737k. Aravia type A1 size 3046 sqft.

3rd re-auction actually.
910k - nil bidder
819k - nil bidder
737k - sold 787k

Yup. I've tried that. U can access oriental garden. Basically there are two entrance u can use to go to Horizon, through winter and autumn gate. So, using the access card, u can go either gates but there's a temporary fencing if you are going through autumn gate. Will be open in the future. At the moment, will need to go through winter gate only to get to horizon.

Saw my unit too today. So far did notice minor cracks outside behind the kitchen. Inside looks ok thus far. Did not go through very detail yet. From the rooms upstairs can see clearly the 'processing plant' though

So fast can get keys to HR. Congrats! Am still waiting for bank to release the balance sum.... sob. Any special gifts given for vp?

Guess temporary fence near winter gate will only be taken away after the whole HR is vped.

That's make sense.. Else Precinct 3 residents shall in furious mood if get to know the construction workers can just walk into the housing area.. biggrin.gif
