SEH link house phase 1 starting 400k+, vacant possession end of 2015, now subsale around 500k..
GVH link house phase 1 starting 728k (no discount given that time because SHL bluffing if purchaser can't afford 10%, then don't buy GVH), vacant possession March/Apr 2015, don't know got subsale or not, developer throwing the phase 2 unit now at 738k with 7%-10% discount.
EKVE do not improve the weakness of GVH, when people come back from EKVE, still need to make that stupid 4-5 minutes U-turn at SILK... Commercial development gg.com, only 1 shop open for business, out of 45 shops completed after 6 months if not mistaken? Currently still need to wait Semanja vp only can tap in the access of other people road to reach Kajang Perdana..
