Another thing which stops me from using is Kodi 17.1 and now 17.3 hangs my box quite often.
Maybe I should just revoke back to 16.1.

QUOTE(OCMAX @ May 31 2017, 05:07 PM) You don't need to install Indigo to wiped out Kodi addons. got to the box system setting>app download>clear cache>delete data>force stop Kodi and it will wiped out all the addons. Alright. I will try later when I'm more free.Just a bit frustrated that it causes my box to hang. |

QUOTE(thenuts15 @ Jun 27 2017, 12:49 PM) was thinking to get Beelink GTI Ultimate: OT: Your Digi Infinite plan is pretty slow yeah. Device issue? I am currently using Digi Infinite as Stremyx and Unifi have no coverage. My download speed is about 3-4Mbps...i am guessing i will be having alot of buffering while dtreaming content....will getting an Android Box with recordable features helps? Back to Android box discussion, if it's consistently 4Mbps, I think you still can view those contents quite smoothly with minimal buffering (if any). |

QUOTE(thenuts15 @ Jun 27 2017, 01:03 PM) IS slow due to poor coverage.Am using TP Link AC750 MR200.Occasionally having 4 bar.Digi is assisting in upgrading their tower. It depends what you intended to stream. Thanks mate for the info 4Mbps can stream without buffer. I survived with 4Mbps when I was in India and I can stream Icdrama via Kodi and some IPTV channels with no issue. |

QUOTE(matow @ Jul 5 2017, 12:07 PM) I just got an Docooler M9S pro 2/16GB from TOMTOP on a sale and it was dirt cheap. So far I have tried the normal movie and tv apps and it's working ok. Haven't have the time to try out KODI yet. Will try it out tonight. However, one thing that worries me is the weight of the Docooler box. It feels feather light compared to my other budget box, the MXQ Pro 1/8GB. The MXQ Pro have a heft to it. I also have a Beelink Mini which is also much heavier than the Docooler. Is this normal? Any M9S pro owners can comment on this? I know this is a budget box and to be fair, it's working fine for me. I'm just curious. Light or not, I'm OK la, so long it works. For Kodi, honestly speaking Krypton didn't work well, it kept crashing and hang my box. I switched back to Jarvis and everything works flawlessly now. |

QUOTE(matow @ Jul 5 2017, 01:10 PM) For mine, it's pre-loaded with Krypton, will put in some addons to test tonight. I got it end of last year so mine was pre-loaded with Jarvis which I removed it as it came with too many pre-loaded add-ons that are useless to me. I reinstalled it myself. Thanks for your feedback. Then upgraded to Krypton, watched Icdrama halfway then hang. No choice but went back to Jarvis, no issue ever since. |

QUOTE(voncrane @ Jul 7 2017, 11:20 PM) As a local media playback device, sure Jarvis can be used for years. Only one loses out on the major improvements that come with future releases, especially those that affect online streaming. You should try SPMC. IMO, it's what Jarvis on Android was supposed to be.. So far it's still working for me. I will try when the current one fails. |

I got my box from Lazada. I think it is a good place to source for cheap boxes.

QUOTE(wandering @ Aug 22 2017, 02:33 PM) After reading all the content (especially page 1), I've decided my requirement is simple and went for the Docooler M9S Pro 3/32G box Same box as mine. Received it and it's working fine so far. Haven't done much. Just streaming and watched some series from thumb drive Here's where I bought bought it from - https://www.lazada.com.my/docooler-m9s-pro-...ails.0.0.THQ5oJ Cheers and thanks for all the content sharing Please try if Kodi 17 works well with yours because it doesn't and keep crashing my Kodi after few times of re-installation, now I went back to Jarvis 16.1 and works well... |

QUOTE(BOTAK_WAI @ Aug 22 2017, 02:44 PM) actually 2g/16g model also worth to get, almost half price Yeah, quite worth but I paid less than RM 200 for that box. Around RM 180 only. https://www.lazada.com.my/docooler-m9s-pro-...0.0.zWPXYU&ff=1 |

QUOTE(tim_1335 @ Aug 24 2017, 12:41 AM) New users, please don't get Docooler M9S Pro. Very buggy, not to mention the faulty HDMI cable provided Honestly, I'm using one since Dec and no issue. Mine is the 3GB RAM and 32GB version, not sure if that matters. Nothing is faulty and my only complaint is the buggy Kodi but that's fixed by reverting back to Jarvis. Everything works flawlessly now. Which seller did you get from? I got from Lazada and the seller is TOMTOP. |
