some reviews shown that the x2900xt doesn't perform much different from 8800gts even the 320mb in 1680 x 1050 n lower... so rm1.7k is really a bit high...

Wah... why is Ati so slow..? i asked viewnet about X2000series. They say have to wait til june. SO i think those midrange X2k series should be even longer? ggrrrr

R580 was not a huge change from R520. Same process, same architecture, they just tacked on 3 ALUs per pipe. But there will be no "R680" on the same process as R600, since it's about as big as it gets already. And i think i would have heard if there was going to be one. They're concentrating on their midrange chips this time because they will do well there, and they already have more orders than they can handle at this point. The next interesting one will be RV670...

Wow...look what i found, a sapphire hd2900xt exposed. This is probably the first custom design you will see from sapphire. Just look at the heatpipes and cooler...really cannot tahan. drool.gif

I guess they need that kind of cooler and heatpipes as 82 degrees C on the outside of the cooler is what been rumored sweat.gif

it's in scanart latest price list... gecube x2900xt ddr3 512mb rm1799... i thought it was ddr4... but nope... too bad..

u sure they said that? well i sure hope not, i was hoping that they release it earlier so the price war n dx9 GC price slash starts earlier... they keep on delay and they are reli killing their sales themselves..

Sorry sarjan misai tajam... only 3 ikan bawal ? :/ Anyhow, do you have any idea when will the XTX version comes out ? sweat.gif I won't mind if it uses 400W since i'm getting a 1KW PSU anyway.
